The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the co-operative's objectives. Develops new deposit and loan business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the Operations Officer or other branch personnel. Responsible for attaining established co-operative and branch goals through active participation in sales management.

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring superior levels of customer service. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Creating and maintaining a sales culture in the branch to include an active cross-selling program and product knowledge training. Opening/Closing designated branch. Implementing policies and procedures to staff. Directing, controlling and/or delegating the daily branch operations to include the management of audit control, security, and physical maintenance. Completing all the other daily tasks necessary to keep branch performing at a maximum level. Representing the co-operative in public organizations for promoting the image of the co-operative.
Marketing executives are involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea. It is a varied role that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organization, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research. The work is often challenging and fast-paced. Marketing executives contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns. Tasks can involves networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations. Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications.
Provides independent and objective assurance services to Co-operative by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the sufficiency and effectiveness of risk management, financial and operational controls, and governance. Conducts a variety of internal audits and offers process improvement solutions aimed at assisting management in attaining their goals and meeting their objectives. Provides advice and direction to other staff members. Develops audit findings, identifies root causes and offers recommendations to create positive change throughout.
Junior Assistants are those who assists their senior officers, reduces their work load and completes all the work which are delegated to them. He/she should be well-versed and fluent in both written and spoken English. Should be knowledgeable in computer applications and expected to have positive attitude, smart personality, pleasant and cheerful nature with excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people as a team. He/she must be a quick learner and should quickly achieve the quality of Senior Officers.
